Dead passenger window

Post by alimart » Sat Mar 17, 2007 3:18 pm

Hello all,

Just though I'd get my techie niggles in at once.

My passenger window won't open. It doesn't work from the driver's side nor the passenger side.

It just didn't work one day. It has in the past.

Any suggestions truly appreciated

Have you checked that you haven't pushed the lock button by the driver's switches?

DEAD PASSENGER WINDOW

Phew! I was horrified when I read the heading to your post.

The thought that someone had actually died in a Bongo!

 I'll check this out - don't think I did.

Just taking the dogs a walk to the woods - I'll check it out then.

Sorry if I upset anyone with the thought that I am carrying around a dead passenger!

As far as the safety button is concerned. I tried to open the window with the button in both positions.

Still won't open at all.

Any more ideas welcome.

Same feelings... :-) However, a bit more associated with informal name of any front-passenger seat referring to its relative unsafetyness to back seats (I don't know if you use anything similar in the UK): "camicadze's seat"!

I was just 'avin' a roll in the 'ay when it suddenly occurred to me. Why would a dead passenger need a window?

Turned out nice again!
