2000kg Jack?

The question is would you be happy with this size for an unladen 2wd Bongo? or do you think it's too close to the mark.
I've see one and thought it might do the job as the standard one looks a bit on the small side and time consuming.
Thanks

If you're only lifting one corner at a time you'll be well within the limits of a 2 tonne jack - if you were thinking of lifting the whole vehicle, then I'd think again

I would be jacking up one side with two wheels off the ground at one time.

Should still be OK, but I'd invest in a trolley jack cos' they're a lot easier to use and I got a 2 tonne one for £9.99 from Aldi.

i got myself a airbag jack which should lift the bongo off the ground ait easy to use only plugs onto back of exhaust and the hot air inflates it v easy it doesnt go down till you turn the release valve and it doesnt weigh as much as a trolley jack

Hi, due to the responses I just bought a 2000kg air bag type jack for £19.99 from ebay. It simply connects to the exhaust and lifts the Bongo. It seemed easier than the standard jack and takes less time anfd effort.
Item number 280097760768 only 40 mins till end of auction!!
Thank you to those who helped.
All the best HC
