Bongo Fury

The heater fan in my Bongo only works when turned up to setting 4
no fan at all at lower settings.
I cannot find any dead fuses.
Anybody got any ideas on what has gone down

resistor blown? There'sa thread running as we sepak, on replacing heater motors, cause of problems etc. check it it out
