You've inadvertently brushed against the child lock...

Open the sluiding door from the outside....childlock switch is on front face of door....flick switch...close door...good luck...H

Childlock on our side door is jammed in the unlock position, door locks and unlocks fine, and kids know better not to open the door whilst we are in motion
