glow plugs

I know this has been asked so many times before but I cannot find the details for my bongo and for the life of me I cannot remember which ones I bought last. Anyone know which ones I need for my manual 2.5 chassis sglw, 96 on a p plate. I have tried the search but just got gobbledegook back. Thanks peeps. would ngk y701j be the right ones.
