Hi

i've bit the bullet ............

i paid my deposit for a rather fetching dark red bongo, af top, alloys, climate control, loads of switches that i have no idea what are for and electric curtains !!!

it also has 2 batteries, just about to read up what they are for.

i should get it around 1st of feb, i'm so excited :D

WELCOME TO THE CLUB .what you want to do is read and ask as many questions as you want,(even if you think they are really stupid questions).
and then try to get to one of the many meets that are organised in the N/West Yorkshire section's to have a look and ask more questions and pinch ideas.

as for your batteries they could be two cold starter batteries or one of them a leisure battery .

it has been valeted since this was taken tho.

i've bought it as a kayak/mtb camper van. my mates run VW's but i didnt have 20k for something like they have.

i've even checked out registration plates and B9NGD is available :lol:

you mentioned kayaks, on forum there is a member called alant54 who makes roof racks for the aft (i have one) and he can prob make them to order or even certain size. might be handy for carrying your kayak.

Looks to me that you have two weeks to wind down & say goodbye to life as you know it now.

Hi Blutac

I've just bought one too. :D Pick it up in 2 weeks mine is white aft.....and it's got two batteries.. They are both the same type and I thought liesure batteries were different :?: Any ideas or info welcome
