I didn't entirely get what was going on at that time, either - I just knew that their application system was clearly faulty. There's been a lot of "learning on the job", courtesy of the forum, since then. Cheers, David

In those circumstances, refer them to your converter for the current replacement valuation - better still, ask them to get the motor recovered to the converter's premises for assessment there.
