should bongo tyres be reinforce or can good standard tyres be used

They dont need to be reinforced, but do need to be correct load rating for the vehicle - in this case 96 rear, 92 front. These will probably be classed as extra load - not reinforced.

Yep - somebody posted on here about failing an MOT because the tyres had a load index too low for use on a Bongo.
