Can anybody recommend what coolant to buy(heder tank)

I think any anti-freeze suitable for aluminium and cast iron engines, mixed 50%.

check what you have there are at least 2 diferent types which are diferent colours, match what you already have

Rob is correct, are you topping up or replacing? if replacing I would flush the system first then replace and Bleed the system
