A little over a month to go & I'm getting my arse in gear now. As far as the site is concerned, numbers are unlimited (within reason - if 3000 Bongos turn up we could have a situation . . )

The real pain here is I need to pay for all of us. This is likely to be around the £1500 mark so a bit of control will be required here.

Paypal would be preffered @ £18 per night per Bongo to [email protected] (please use the GIFT option & include your forum name & reg number in the notes section), or for the more old fashioned types, payment by cheque is ok, pm me for details. Make sure you stick forum name/reg number on the back of the cheque please.

I shall have a team of spies taking piccies of every Bongo on site over the weekend & have no qualms about publicly naming & shaming anyone who fails to play by the rules.

Having said that, thanks for the interest, bring as many ideas along as poss & lets have a cracking weekend.

Munkey. Out.

mister munkey wrote:Last minute disclaimer from my legal team regarding smallprint however, reads something like this . . .

All bookings have to be non-refundable

"as its not my fault if someone can't make it & I could get into a right pickle trying to sort refunds after the event . . "

Only fair, methinks.

Well done all for the interest, heres to a cracking start to the season.

Can't wait!!!!

Munkey Change me to confirmed. June likes this one as we will also be able to visit friends in Llandudno on this trip. Any problems with the weather and she will stop off there while I attend the meet but hopefully that won't be necessary.

Tony

PS: I may have a go at Snowdon again if someone can look after June for me so that she does not get too lonely. But I ain't very fit these days having only climbed Scafell Pike this year.

Just noticed it is in March before the Tough Northerners Bash. Thought it was going to be in April so may be too cold for June !!!.

Pete,Tony, Mike & G&T, comments registered. Brill. =D>

(Child) Bearing in mind, this may be Mr & Mrs Headrooms last chance of a bash before Baby Max comes along. (& possibly for some time to come) We should make the effort, as one big family, to wet the babys head in plenty of time for the birth.

We would have loved to be with you at this meet, but our 3rd grandchild is due on the 1st of March so we'll be in Canada, again, probably in 6 foot of snow.
Hope to see the northern crew sometime next year,
Dave and Roseanne
