To everyone who came to the woodlands weekend, this was our first meet. We absolutely loved it! we are quite shy and probably didn't speak to enough people.
However Simon and his wife were really friendly, and made us feel very welcome without putting any pressure on us to be, or do, anything.

We did get chatting to a few people and swapping info about the beloved bongo, our children really thought kirsty's fire poi was incredible and we thought how kind she was to be prepared to put on the show.

All in all we just felt that everyone was very kind( thanks to the man who lent my husband a head torch when we arrived at almost dark and couldn't see to put up the awning) very friendly and welcoming and we had a brilliant time.
Sadly we can't make the uk bash which we would like to have tried but we are definitely up for meeting up again and being a bit braver about talking to people and putting some more faces to names.
