Charity Event for Cystic Fibrosis. Haigh Hall - Wigan

Quite a way off, but time does not stand still and things need organising.
UK TREKKING CHALLENGES 2009
Wigan Wig 'n' Wellies Walk
13th September 2009
This is a sponsored walk in aid of Cystic Fibrosis It is not far, (the last walk only took us 15 minutes!) and these events are held every year throughout the country.
Some may know, that my Daughter Kirsty has Cystic Fibrosis, so I like to do something, when I can, to help towards the cause.
Entry is £6.00 for an Adult and £2.50 for children 16 and under and you will get a 'T' shirt to wear for the walk.
You can dress up in fancy dress if you wish, but just taking past would be fantastic, as it is all in the name of charity close to my heart.
This would be a great way of raising some funds for the Charity and any extra donations would be great too.
Please visit the website at http://www.greatstrides.org.uk and if there is an event nearer to you that you would like to take past in, please do?
If I get enough people interested, I will contact the organiser and ask for a bit of publicity for the Bongo Owners and how much effort has been put in by the members.
Please don't think this is ages off, I will wait nearer the time! The sooner we can get interested people booked in, the better for the organisers.
I will need to know numbers ASAP and the entrance fee is payable before the event so 'T' shirts can be ordered. (I will need to know your size for this).
Confirmed so far:
Caz, Kirsty and Mum (Shiela)and Sara
Cabte & Justine
And & Den
Jetski & Bev & 4 children
Mikexgough possible
