Only up the road from Oz, but It seems most sites round here are pretty full for this weekend. It might be worth ringing around a few from http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk and seeing if there's any cancellations though.

Also, you could try Edisford Bridge Farm or Beacon Fell Holiday Park

Is it just NW you're looking at? If you post under the campsites section you're sure to get a response regards sites in other areas too.
