Busy next year attending enough events to make it to the next motorsport marshal level, so not sure if I'll make it to any meets. I'm a person driven if ya know what I mean

I come the free state of Hayling Island which, when pushed comes to shove, I reluctantly concede is classed as Hampshire (we're still awaiting an uprising but will probably wait until the gin runs out). Just wondered if the were any 'family' close to me. There is a chap across the road whose one of us but not sure which chapter he forums with if at all. So if you share my turf or there abouts give me a shout. After all we even have are own Bongo dealer on the island. So make contact before we blow the bridge and claim a principality.

Nice to hear of a local. Love the new forest and it'll be on our list once we secure an awning. Trying to find one that's easy to put up, sturdy and sub £200. I'm told theyre around so just a case of doing the reading. Good luck with the head etc. sound like serious work and not for the faint hearted. Hope you're all good for the better weather.

New to this Bongo thing...only had Bongo for two weeks, but the wife & I already love it.
Purchased Bongo from Kevin at Southern Bongos (top bloke), but wondered if anyone knows of a decent garage close to Blandford/Poole area for servicing. I see that there are lots of recommendations on the forum in Southampton area, but didn't want to travel that far just for a service.
Any ideas would be hugely appreciated.

Welcome to the forum. We're in Salisbury so not a million miles from you. Kevin at Southern Bongos is a nice chap and I get most of my bits and bobs from him.

Not tried these people myself, but they advertise on the forum as being Bongo specialists so definitely worth a trip down to Poole to check them out: http://www.rdmotors.biz/

We just bought our first Bongo, to replace our Delica. We're located in Southbourne. There are quite a few Bongos in our area, and after hiring one for a week last year in wales, we decided to buy one..... a very nice '97 Tdi 4x4 Silver/Gun metal grey AFT from Nick (Jap auto pavilion) in Dudley. Shame that someone side-swiped their Nissan Micra into the back of it this last week when it was on the driveway, denting the back door and bumper (sigh).
hope to meet some of you at the annual bash this year (we're intending to go)
