DIRECTIONS PLEASE!!!

My husband (well, I'm blaming him)....appears to have 'filed away' (lost) all the info. we got sent to do with the Bongo Bash. (He's a bit of a tidy freak and it's probably nicely stored in a filing cabinet in the loft of something)!
So we know we're going to Stourport, but other than that have no idea at all where we're going/ what the campsites called.
Can anyone post on here the directions that Ian gave in his Info Pack. We'll be coming up the M5 from the South.
