OK, Thanks to dandywarhol and dave_aber who were first up, but a few more wouldn't go amiss, no great expertise is necessary, just a willingness to follow around a few web pages and report back if they make sense and work as expected. PM me with the button below the message and I'll send you details of the site.

OK the Bongo Wiring Manuals are now available on-line.

The Club has two manuals at present;
November 1997 thru to January 1999, this manual is now available see the link below,
May 1995 thru to October 1997, this manual is now available see the link below.

Post January 1999, Ian believes he can locate a copy on CD if so then we will add this to the collection.

The link to the web site is here, click to enter:
Image
It can also be found in the Database section on the club site.
If you hover the Mouse over the Covers it will show you what VIN's are covered and clicking the Cover will take you into the required Manual.

It is well worth reading the Image Help screen on how to navigate around the images and pages.

Many thanks to those who have contributed ideas, info, time and have been helping with the testing;
Ian - Bongo Master
momogiraf - Translation
Ron Miel - VIN checks
dandywarhol - Testing
dave_aber - Testing

Thanks Kirsty :D
Just added the car radio ISO-10487 connections as well, given that there is often discussion about these! Can anyone work out why the Brake lights signal would have been brought up to the radio/Audio system (connector 3I) it certainly doesn't appear on the ISO connections :-k

Could it be anything to do with the brake light circuit being constantly live and used to clear ECU fault codes? Being a bit of a numpty, I searched for ages looking for number 31 - then discovered its 3I, the letter before J :oops:

Yup you can actually Zoom in even more, but its to easy to loose yourself! But it really helps on the Location diagrams - all the Odd numbered pages 19 to 137 - as you can see where the connectors physically are in the vehicle. I've kept the Zoomed out small sizes so that you could just about use it with an iPhone with 480x320 pixels.

Brilliant job there, Geoff - many thanks to all those involved. A very useful facility.

Just one question - are either of them downloadable, so we can put the relevant one on our FactSheet memory sticks?

Mike

Not downloadable as such I'm afraid (that wasn't the remit :| ), as they are designed for web presentation and hence need an http server of some sort to supply the files, each image has been split into several hundred parts so that you only download what you need when you need it, otherwise you don't get the resolution when zoomed right in. All the files (226,000 of them :!: :!: ) together amount to 1.5GBytes.
I do have the high res. scans of the sheets, but they amount to some 6GBytes worth ...
Ian can still supply the original CD's with the sheets as a PDF if you want them to carry around with you.

The 1995 is still being worked on just finished sheet 92 a few moments ago ......

The fun bit is thinking up how to do it :D
The nice bit is automating 99% of the drudge bits :D
The tedious bit is that 1% left that can't be de-drudged :(
Still it was strangely enjoyable working out that 空 meant Sky Blue :P :!:
