Hi peeps

Here is the deal for booking hookups.

As usual demand is going to outstrip supply

I've got 21 vans booked so far with a maximum of 18 hookups.

If you havn't already expressed your intrest in attending please do so asap.

On 1st April (April fools day) I'll put all the names of those who want hookups in a hat and pull out names in order.

Hookups priority will be allocated in the order that they come out of the hat.

If anyone on the list pulls out or doesn't pay their deposit by the deadline of 1st May then the list simply moves up.

There will be loads of space for non hookups and generators are allowed.

If allocated a hookup you'll need to pay a deposit by the 1st May...but please don't pay yet!

Once again I'll try to allocate quiet, family and party animal groupings with the hookup pitches.

cheers

Will any splitters be allowed Harry. In the past we have shared some larger pitches using splitters unofficially. :-$

Unless you have specifically said that you don't need a hookup (eg Mikeonb4c) I'm including all those who have already expressed an interest.

As far as splitters are concerned I'll have to see on the weekend. There is no absolute guarentee how many hookups we'll get with 18 being the maximum not the minimum.

cheers
