I'm swinging time off for that too.

Roofs at half mast methinks.

I've been a bit slow responding to this as I've been totally lost for what to say.

Dot was an integral part of the North West scene and its hard to imagine meets without her smile, laughter and hugs. A lovely lady who will be very much missed.

Our thoughts and best wishes are with you Alan and your family. We're here for you if you want/need our support.

Hope to be there next Thursday.

Don't know if I can get time off work (unlikely I fear but you never know) but its not far off and if I can get there I will.

All my thoughts are with you Alan.

Its looking like our flight is back on so we won't be there on Thursday but we will most definitely be remembering to feel a little bit Dotty in Dot's honour.

The mods and admins have had their blue/red avatar names changed to black as a mark of respect from the forum to Dot.

Hello Alan , I have held back as I have been so shocked at the loss our of lovely Dot. If a smile could light the world she would light a universe. Such a small person with a heart as big as a lion and such a big personality to match. The warmth of Dot always shined through. A real people person. I will miss her laughter and sparkle as I am sure you and others will. Words can not put into feelings the loss of such a special person in this world. I am just so privileged to have shared part of her world on this earth and I am sure that all the fun loving kindred spirits we have encountered will play together again one day.

I look forward to that big smiley hug one day .

Alan & Family I am so so sorry for you loss. Love and hugs Jackie. xxxx
