We will be on our best behavior honestly, :-" and good news for you is that the wife's purse may well be opened, as there is S.F.A in my wallet.

Been getting bongo ready for tomorrow.....Removed air con, and all pipework, changed oil and filter, taken K&N out, cleaned and drying as we speak and yet to be oiled, found and fixed (fingers crossed [-o< ) a leak in the coolant, just waiting for a thermostat before replacing hoses, we might be picking that up tomorrow morning on our way down.

See you all tomorrow.

Home safe. Thanks for keeping me company folks whilst the wife shopped. =D> Good to put some faces to names. The only downside of the day was that the thermostat was still not instock. ](*,)

Here's my only photo, but it did'nt turn out as good as yours Thomas, was that an i-phone you were using?

.co.uk, dave_aber, brorabongo, catzi, but we are all too shy to be in a photo.

After finishing in ASDA we went to Tesco ( veggie oil was cheaper  ), and spotted another Green lowroof same as ours, P*** HAY. Is that a local one?

Hi Donald,

I was using the Iphone for the photos. I have tweaked them a little in Photoshop as the Iphone camera is pants! ...and that's being polite. Glad to hear you made it home safely. I haven't seen that other Bongo yet. Elgin is rapidly turning into a Bongo hotspot so it probably was a local one. I managed to get my dram, a cask strength single malt, yum! =P~

Cheers,
Thomas

I certainly did! Not opened it yet, may keep it until Kirkcudbright. That will require alot of self discipline though.

Safely back in "What's it called?!". Great meeting up today and, like Donald said, nice to put faces to names.

We're in awe of Dave and his cut down seats, jealous of Thomas' fantastic Bongo in such 'just out of the showroom' condition, and happy to stand behind Donald's Bongo with the lovely 'chip shop' smell!

Hopefully will catch up with you all again at a future meet. :D

4 must be the magic number for meets then. I recon if we make it about mid way between North and South of Scotland... we could make 8

look forward to meeting you at The Scottish Bash!

Hi all,
Writitng this on blackberry while sitting in static van in Findhorn.
Was on road from Forres to Nairn today and got waves from a couple of Bongos heading in direction of Elgin. Then remenbered
Reading about your planned meet in Elgin and cursed myself for being up here in this neck of the woods and not being able to get along to meet some other owners.
Maybe next time.
Cheers
Jamie.
