Why have this ??

Can anyone shed light on what this could have run
(see pic links below) 100v outlet is located behind the driver seat.

Jap inverter? (Although that should be 110v . . .)
Strange one that.
What happens if you twist that inner bit?

I have put a meter on it and it gives out 110v
, it may be for a jap builder and his 110 hilti

A lot of Jap owners are known to build in inverters for camping.... 110v is Jap mains....some also build in mains connectors in the rear of bongo..... tons of stuff on Jap websites ....
