washer wipers replacement

hi im trying to refit new wiper washers , i think that the nuts holding the old ones are 10mm, its shifted slightly ive sprayed it with wd40 but still not able to completely remove, i cant see properly so dont really know whats going wrong,
has anyone got advice ? cheers

hi thanks for that, i didn't realise they were just clipped in, the new ones are held in place by a nut ,
i will try pulling them out tomoro, cheers
