Hi All,
I've recently purchased a 1997 Bongo, 2.5 diesel Manual. And have to say its fantasic.
There are a few things I'd like to do to make it just that little better.
I've heard of some kits you can buy to add cruise control to the bongo? Not sure if anyone has done this, or if it would be safe to do it, But Im open to ideas and suggestions, and help or info would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for your assistance

I bought a waeco ms-50 cruise control kit from another member who didn't get round to fitting it,and what a difference it make's,very straight forward to fit as long as u don't use the scotchlocks provided that is .It's great on the M/way and Im sure the MPG is improved also.there is another kit that does but i got the fitting instruction's incl pictures that were done by another member making it a lot easier, the only thing is that is ure bongo is a manual there might be a few isuse's though?

If you use the search function and enter "cruise control" you will get more information than you can cope with over a Bank Holiday weekend.

Hi, Thank you for your responses,
I'll have to take a look, I've found some new ones on ebay so might be worth a go. Anyone had any trouble with them? are they easy enough to fit? Do you have to find the speed sensor signal via the existing Bongo wiring? Once again thank you for your help.

All you need to know (and more) is in the posts a search will turn up.
