Newby Hall Vintage Tractor Rally Pics

It was Mrs M's birthday this week so arranged a Mystery day out for saturday. She has developed some kind of irrational affection for old tractors over the last couple of years so when I heard of this event on the radio, there was no where else to go.
Over 1000 tractors in the grounds of a stately home plus vintage cars, trucks, motorbikes, falconry displays, sheep shearing, working balers & various other farm workings of yesteryear.
Could be a good meet for next year . . . .

Not just that kind of stuff but also the kind of things that tractors find. Here is an engine from a 1944 Halifax bomber, dug up from N Lincs.
