I take it your talking about your Auto box.
Easy way is to get a PELA pump and "suck" it all out of the dipstick tube and then refill via same tube..
Hard "better" way.
Suck out as much as possible and then remove the box sump......clean it all out and the filter then reassemble.

There's no drain plug, you have to drop the pan. Although on
THIS POST a Pela pump was used, there's plenty of other good advice that should help you. There's also more info

Defintely better to do it properly and remove sump and clean out sludge that will be in it, plus filter and magnet. Using Pela to get out what you can from the dipstick hole avoids it all cascading over you when you remove the sump. Lots on here about how to do it (Kirsty is the expert), choose a windless day so grit etc. can't get blown into the exposed innards whilst sump is removed. Or, if you have a reasonable mechanic with a ramp near you, treat yourself and get it done (but have Kirstys instructions so you can tell them exactly what you want doing). Adrian in Bury did mine for a v. reasonable price - I helped refill the box which kept his time down a bit.
