fitting help with the LCA

Good afternoon bongo friends,

I have recently purchased the engine saver LCA from Haydn. I have a quick question about the fitment of the alarm...

Is it necessary to bleed the coolant system before fitting? I ask this as I've had numerous problems with bleeding the coolant from my bongo in the past and ideally I don't want to have to do it again (only did it a month ago!)

I would imagine it probably is necessary, but some people have posted that it only took them an hour to fit the alarm!?!?

...last time it took me 2 hrs to bleed the coolant alone!

pls help :D

Many thanks,

Marcus

no bleeding nessesary.
all you do is release the pressure out of the expansion cap, refit the cap,and drill your hole in the desribed position,a tiny amount of coolant may be lost, but nothing significant.

any worries pm haydn,he will always help.
