Bongo Fury

No rush.

Another unsociable one here LOL.

Bought ours about a year ago. but didn't get to use it much in anger last year for reasons I wont go into here.
Determined to get out and about properly this year

Acquired my Bongo a month ago. Silver SGL3. 5 seats with auto free top and rear kitchen unit. N229E**.
I've been after one for years. My wife finally allowed me to get one! It's a long story, why she gave in!
Anyway i got her, or is it a him? Is there a way of telling? Knowing i needed to do the wheel arches and sills etc. So, that's where she/he is right now, having them done. Hopefully getting her/him back on Wednesday all shiny and newish. Lots of exciting times ahead. I can't wait to get going. There's still a few bits and bobs to be done. i.e. rear wiper and fuel gauge not working. AFT warning light on, on the dashboard. But, there's no rush and i'm willing to listen and learn from everyone on Bongofury. Hopefully get to speak to you, ask questions and meet up etc soon.

Fuel gauge is likely just a poor earth, easy and cheap fix.

Just bought our first Bongo on Sunday - excited and nervous in equal measure I guess! Got some work to do before we venture too far (and got an awful lot of learning to do too!)
