Where is the Engine Number located?

Hi fellow Bongo-ites.
I have recently bought a Bongo from an importer here in Australia, having been introduced to them in the UK. I'm having to transfer the registration from one state to another which requires having the vehicle inspected again (there's something to be said for a unified registration system like back in old Blighty...).
I took it to the vehicle inspection place and they rejected it because they couldn't find the engine number.
Can anyone tell me where it is located, please?
