Rear Spoiler Brake Light

Hi All,
Got my MOT next week and have been going around my van checking out all the obvious things. Have noticed that the hi level brake light is dim when lit compared to the brake lights in the rear clusters. Is this a normal idiosyncracy
of the Bongo or is it something that needs attending to, and if so any ideas where to start.
