Cooling fans 2 speed ?

Can anyone tell me if the cooling fans on the Enginee compartment and the rad are 2 speed or one speed ?

They are multi-speed from the circuit;

Engine Compartment single speed but the radiator fans are 2 speed - slow normally but if the coolant gets really hot then they run fast.
