Bongo Fury

I have a pair of aerials stuck on the tailgate. They are telescopic and each unit opens out into a vee shape. They look like TV aerials to me.

Question 1. Are they any good for anything?

Question 2. Where on earth is the business end of the cables? Blowed if I can find 'em!

They are TV aerials.
1) No ruddy good at all.
2) If you find out, let me know - mine had the wires cut off
