sell it !!! if its that bad,
take the conversion out , and all extras you have on it , sell it,

buy an MPV version (check for rust this time ,all mechanical parts can be changed , rust is not beatable in the long term, )

refit your conversion into the new bongo and all the extras, and life can start again, nice winter project ???

some photos would help, maybe its not as bad as you think , but this forum can,t really help unless they can see the problem areas

Can't you have new arches put on, I saw that somewhere on here. That may get rid of the rust in this area. It's worth a search and a pm to the people on the forum who have done it. :D

Yep new arches are the way to go if the engine is sound and the rest of the bongo then simply replace the arches :)
stick your location in people can then advise who may be best to do the job for you,,

Find a decent bodyshop and they'll cet the arches back and put new it, lots of people use ford transit arches as they're quite similar, big job, but if you plan on keeping the vehicle it has to be done, get all the box sections and internal traps waxoyled/undersealed too.

Give a clue to your location and someone may even recommend a body shop local to you.

We have to have a bit of bodywork done on ours. :) If there's rust on the arches, check the front and rear crossmembers too. They can be welded if they're not too bad, or cut out and replaced if they're badly corroded.
