Torn rubber on runners

Hi All
The rubber bits on my runners are ripped/torn. Is this normal ie if I replace them will it just happen again!? I'm pondering trying to get a replacement set. I realise its aesthetics only but I'm trying to get the Bongo shipshape (curtains currently in the wash - hope they don't shrink  )
Are they easy to replace? (They are short runners btw).

Also looking for a small grey plug thingy which is missing from the trim, it holds the rear trim onto the tailgate (technical description there!)

Finally quick Q..I see a lot of people reverse the middle row, but then this means they don't 'slide'.. Does this mean you can't lower the seats to make the bed?

Cheers for any replies :)

Lou

They do slide but only if you swap the runners round.

Brilliant, thanks! Will take a look now.

I guess if I do replace the runners I just replace them the other way round (if I can find some)

My OH is against the idea, so need to work on that one!

Just wanted to add that I have washed the curtains and thankfully they did not shrink! However, what I thought were grey curtains, are actually blue

Still an ideal time to make up the spare set :)
