If it's the one nearest the front of the engine ( No 1 stud ) it is a simple job to extract it and if that cannot be acheived then drill and helicoil...Any decent garage should be able to do it and it can be done without removing anything. Just swing the alternator out of the way.

More than likely will have warped the manifold though so that will need skimming flat, or a suitable replacement sourced & make sure you get a new gasket too.
Not really a diy job but any local engineering shop should be able to do that for less than an hours labour time.

I would wholeheartedly advise getting the job done properly by having the manifold skimmed. I had the same problem last year and only had the offending stud redrilled and replaced. 6 months later the noise returned. The recent solution was to have all the bolts replaced and a skimmed unit. It is about a150-170 pounds but worth it in the long run.
