Bongo Fury

I get a high pitched squeal on hard acceleration on my 2000 2l bongo usually happens on slight incline, the garage looked at belts etc and thought all ok, the mechanic didn't thing it was from transmission and possibly from exhaust manifold, and help appreciated

If it were a diesel, I'd suggest exhaust manifold stud was the likely suspect. Not sure if its a common problem on the 2 litre though.
