Question - How do Mexicans keep their homes warm in winter?

Chicken, Nando’s extra hot piri-piri marinade, peppers, coriander, spring onions, tortillas and soured cream

Stick the chicken in the marinade as soon as you get to work.

Several hours later, you’re ready to rumble

Blitz the chicken on a griddle using all your burners....

....give it some welly, even to the point of having to switch the gas off at the isolator because you can’t get to the knobs

....assemble some chicken onto a flour tortilla with some salad, spring onion, pepper, coriander and soured cream....

....steady on with the salad, you don’t want to overdo things

....stop when you run out of either tortillas or chicken
So, how do Mexicans keep their homes warm in winter?
Simple. They use chicken fajitas

The inside of the Bongo smells great too - I'm looking forward to the drive home this evening with the pungent aroma of singed piri-piris wafting through the air

I kind of alternate between sad butties

, research for Bored with Butties

, a premium chippy

and the maggot-wagon down the road
