Hold Light Flashing

Hi guys the hold light on my bongo is flashing theres abt a 2 second gap between each flash does anyone know what this means it happens abt an hour into driving... i havent accidently hit the hold button ...

You need to get the fault code checked by shorting out a couple of connections
there is a fact sheet in the members area
