I have indeed..! :D Fitted a second switch up front for ease of use..

Are you getting any whining from the SR motor with the glass struggling..? if so, pull back the sun shade bit (it will lighten the load.) & lube the runners with some kind of lithium grease...

If the fuse is OK & there is no electrical activity at all..? Remove the rocker switch, unplug, its easy to take apart, but do it on a surface so you cant lose anything.. Then clean the contacts inside the switch.. You will see four poles.. They some times crud up with what i call mouse mung, like the stuff in the old roller-ball computer mouse.. Clean where it touches the two metal rocker bits too, plus the bend where it sits in the cradle & the the two coppery coloured cradles as well... Its a bit of a fiddle. Dont worry about the grease on the top of the metal part that lubes the action from the plastic spring loaded pushes at the bottom of the actual switch!

I forgot to add clean em with a bit of fine grade wet & dry...

Good luck!

Hi i check the fuse first and this is fine even though for some reason mine has a 20 amp and not a 10 as in the picture but that should make no differance.

So then on to removing the switch and cleaning it done that but still nothing no noise at all from the motor.
check there is a live feed to the switch and i have one live feed.

so i am thinking the next course of action is to use a bridge wire to see if the sun roof will open and if it does that must lead back to the switch.

Good idea or what ?

The two metal rockers in the switch have a slight bend where they pivot see saw style.. (same as the front blind switch) It also acts as an earth point to the cradle? Did ya clean there too?? Could be bad earth in the switch?

Hope you don't mind me asking...?  :D
