Bongo Fury

I've had my 2002 2L bongo for 6 months and it's done 3000 miles. I was advised to change oil after 6 months but in view of low mileage is this really necessary? Thanks

Unless you're using some old oil, from the back of the next door pensioners garage, I wouldn't bother. I would think that with modern oils, annually, or 10,000 miles, would be more than adequate in a petrol engine
