Right, corned beef hash.  Not tinned corned beef hash (well the corned beef in tinned but what do you expect now that we’ve fallen out with the Argies? :? )

Image
Spuds, corned beef, onion & eggs

Image
Peel & cube the spuds....

Image
....boil until they’re soft....

Image
....and set aside.

Image
Chop the onion....

Image
....and the corned beef....

Image
....fry the onion in some olive oil....

Image
....add the spuds....

Image
....and corned beef....

Image
Meanwhile poach some eggs....

Image
....and serve with the hash   Magnifico :D

Hi
Muz....
YUMATIOUS 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) ...I like a drop of the old tinned typhoid...all the rumours , discoveries and bad publicity never put me off....in fact, I had a tin of bully-beef the other day...I was going to hashify it....but I had it in sarnies instead....
I wouldn't be at all surprised if corned beef in tins was first supplied to the ancient Greek Gods, who frequently suffered from Ambrosia and nectar overdose!....it is even said that Calliope served it regularly for Apollo , and their son Orpheus for Sunday din-dins with a spot of feta cheese on the side 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)
Cheers
Helen
