Bongo Fury

I have a '96 (N reg) Bongo - and trying to work out what size glo plugs I need - 83mm or 102mm - also where to get them from - thought bongofury sold them but cannot find?

last thing .. what is VIN 300306?

Can't help with the Glow plugs but the VIN can tell you a lot of details about your vehicle see this thread and the link to the database, however you should have a preceding bit to the number starting Sxxx-300306 with that you can look up the details.

The difference in length is all external to the cylinder head, so if the terminal which is visible above the hexagonal part of the plug is about 1cm long it is an 83. The other ones have about 3cm total above the hexagon.

I've got one in my hand. It's that time of year.

My Bongo is a 96 P reg vin number SGL3 104782 and the glow plugs are 83mm.
I did a search on the internet and found NGK plugs for £6.55 each from http://www.mister-solutions.co.uk
