				Sincronizadas.

Variations on a dead pig – Brunswick ham, serrano ham, lomo and chorizo

Butter one side of a flour tortilla with some sweet tomato salsa....

....place a selection of dead pig items on another tortilla....

....add some grated cheese....

....stick the two tortillas together....

....cook in a dry frying pan....

....both sides until you melt the cheese....

....and enjoy a wonderfully easy, tasty snack.
You can even use dead vegetables if you want

I'm liking the easy peasy lemon squeezy, not being a very good cook myself

Enchiladas are one of my favourite meals but, without an oven or grill, it's difficult in a Bongo

If you do them in the pan and put a lid on it it melts the cheese!

Good idea. I could use a blowtorch to get the crispy effect on top as well

Well, with the propane gear we carry for the big paella/breakfast setup, it wouldn't take much more effort to throw a small oxygen cylinder in and a torch & pipes
