Hi everyone,
I have seen this topic on here before but I can not see if anyone has solved the problem, I can find 10mm valves on eBay and 10mm motorcycle valves as well, but I'm not sure if they will fit. If anyone has found the correct valve please let me know, i have to replace all the tyres soon.
Many Thanks
John

yes..a very trick one for us..
we had flush fit valves fitted as standard but couldnt add air to them..
My mate who works in tyrelad found some that fitted, they were a metal think 10mm size in chrome(oh well) some jap wheels have funny size valves! 10mm rings a bell..when you go and try to get 10mm they laugh at you..
Think it was a unerversal valve in the end that fitted.
BIt of a tip,try to make sure you have the right valves fitted b4 you want to go away for 2 weeks!
I took the bongo to a motorsport special tuning place (who claim they can fit anything) and after the mechanic took off old valve he didnt have a new one that fitted!!
He went bonkers at the manager.
I got mine sorted, but they were not happy,as they needed to take out bout 8 allen key screws to balence wheels...Took them 1.5 hours to fit 4 valves!

We use some of those little valve extender things from Halfrauds (or similar) that screw onto the valves then air line onto that.
Seems to work ok

Drill bigger holes in the wheels to accept a standard size valve.

No worries about finding replacements then should the valve become damaged at some stage.

With the help of Freespirit (the dealer I bought the Bongo from) I have now found these valves on eBay
