I hoping a few you guys & girls can help me out Im idenifing a few problems with my bongo and want to fix them before they break...

The first off, identify a pipe I can seem to find anywhere on the parts manual:
Image

The pipe is the thick black hose third in from the right. Attached to the corrodide hard pipe (brown in colour), the other end attaches to the rear heater matrix, I also wish to replace the smaller pipe to its right and the hard pipe.
So in the parts manual:
http://www.lushprojects.com/bongopartsm ... mgno=.html
Would I be right in saying the larger pipe is 6130/6213A - confused as there is no picture for it. - **edit found the picture doesn't look right however**
The hard pipe it is attached to is 61-2D2 - Is this correct?? the parts manual shows the pipe end finishing horrizontal yet in my picture above where the the rubber hose connects clearly connects to a vertical pipe???
And the smaller pipe to the right that also connects to the heater matrixs god only know.

I'm starting to think Im looking a the wrong drawing

Part two..

Is the pipe to the turbo charger -

Part number 13-539A - Just to confirm its a water pipe too and not an oil pipe
Seems a very short line to replace any one have a cheaper alturnative replacement places I could go to for this? Anyone know the ID and wall thickness off chance. (Im not too lazy to measure just that the bongo is 40mins drive away in a lockup and I forgot to check tonight.)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Part three

My long block seem very oiyl, has my headgasket gone? There are no other signs of it yet, no mayo under the cap no over-heating. Didn't notice it at first as I just though the block was black although the head is a shiny silver. Some pictures

Only seems oily front the front of the engine and the drivers side

AS far as im aware the oily front drivers side is caused by the egr valve system on the inlet manifold very common

The pipes you mention ,what is the problem with them? they look like they are covered in underbody waxoil or stone chip stuff

The bongo MUST be bled correctly and not many garages know how to do it properly they arnt the same as the everyday car to do

no idea what the boxes are by the battery :)

picture 2 is indeed a coolant/water pipe.
visit you local mazda dealer they can order the steel /rubber pipes you require as they have a bongo database.
or contact one of the parts/service suppliers who advertise on here.
allans of plymouth has just replaced ALL the coolant pipes on a bongo,so he should have the info you require.

The three pipes I've mensions (Large / Small Rubber Pipes + Hardpipe) One is leaking a green fluid - must be anti-freeze. I'm taking this bongo on a trip all around europe so need to get these sorted out.

the 2 thick pipes supply/return from rear heater (antifreeze/coolant). the 2 thin pipes are for the rear aircon,it will be the oil thats leaking(various colours can be used).
if your doing europe you may need this fixing.

Hi James
Are you a cameraman on HORROR films???...     judging from those videos      ..Not much of a worry, if you aren't losing oil...it's almost certainly baked-on crud that's leaked from the EGR system....Mine's pretty gunky.....I have left it , I'm afraid....it adds a touch of "Dirty Diesel Authenticity"....just check that your oil level is stable...my oil stays fairly good between services, and last year I checked oil consumption at 3,600 miles per pint, and my engine is crabby on that side!
Cheers
Helen
