Hi, I bought a new "bare" head from Bongobits and I obviously need to swap the cam and ancillaries over from the old one. Can anyone point me in the direction of where I can find the correct measurements and tollerances? I need the torque settings, valve clearances etc....anything else I need to consider?
Thanks for any help.....

I'm assuming yours is a 2.5 diesel.
And I'm assuming that the forum links I found are also for that model, but please double check.
There's info in the factsheet in the members area
ON THIS LINK.
You'll also find it on the forum:
Cylinder head torque settings mentioned here.
Valve clearances mentioned here.
And of course, check the tappets while you're at it.
Tappet clearances mentioned here.
