Manual Blinds

I have a 2 litre petrol bongo. The blinds are manual - not the electric ones. One of them has been faulty since I bought the bongo and after nearly 2 years of holding it shut with a spring clip, I thought I'd try and fix it.
Having inspected it and compared with the other (working) blinds it appears they have a bar sewn in to the bottom of the blind and that bar has a plastic lug sticking out of each end. One of the two lugs is broken. There are also two sliding plastic blocks - one in each of the two tracks at the two vertical edges of the window - that run up and down the track and cause the blind to lock at various heights - like a sort of ratchet system in the tracks.
Both of the plastic blocks are missing.
Does anyone know where I can get replacement blocks and the bar from (and/or what the proper names for these components are)?
Thanks.
Liam.
PS. How hard and expensive would it be to upgrade to electric blinds?
