Bongo Fury

I am sure this is a simple question for many of you out there but as Chris Tarrant says there only simple if you know the answer.

I have factory fitted kitchen and need to replace the tap/shower head fitting as it has developed a number of cracks. Is this as simple as just unscrewing the current one and if so does anyone know the size. Cheers for any advice
