I have a white 2000 edition (new shape) 2 lite petrol Bongo, and am after some touch up paint for stone chips. Any idea where I can get the paint codes for the correct paint?

Hi ROXY,

The colour code should be on the passengers door pillar. The Bongo Shop sell the paint.
Cheers.

Most paints are standard mazda, so can be had from Halfords too. For instance they do the PT white as a touch up kit for less than £9

I've used paints4u and agree they are very good especially for hard to find paints. They are more expensive than the bongo shop though once you've added VAT and delivery.

Does anyone know how to match the bumper colour? Is that in the paint code on the door panel also? I tried but couldn't figure it out.

You need to look at the plate on the door pillar and compare the code with the fact sheet here http://www.igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/member ... /paint.pdf - that will give you the colours you need 8)

The silver on your bumper is likely to be Highlight silver. (usual colour combo with white, sometimes silent silver though)

Tricky panel to blend paint into if the paint is original... Mazda in there infinite wisdom left the bumper surfaces slightly grainy from the bumper moulding... :?
