anybody on here know if there are any other droplinks front & rear that will replace the mazda bongo ones, there are loads of car/van makes ,cannot belive that you have to purchase specific mazda ones & pay a premium price for them, had a quick look and they look sim to rover ones ,I intend to get 1 of them of and compaire, but my guess is there is a alternative replacement for them its just finding the right make & model of van or car

Vectra ones are a straight fit & half the price but many have found the don't seem to last very long.
Probably because they're not designed to soak the clonks on a two tonne van.

vectra ones are the same physical size, but are not man enough in build quality to stand the bongo 's weight.
ian at the bongo shop does a reasonable priced copy part, that has the ness quality for a bongo.
lots of discusion on here about the subject.
look in the search tab for a link by missfixit70,that will give you some usefull info.

have checked the links (to posts) given, noticed there were some ford galaxy ones that would do, Pearl PLB601, problem is when I went to the local car acc shop, gave the number came back blank, showed me a pic of the galaxy droplinks nothing like the bongo ones so have I missed something ? what year of ford Galaxy/type,nearest match to the bongo rear droplinks I could see was the rover 800 ones although they are a little (well a lot) shorter, is that gonna cause problems if /when fitted?
