SOUTH WALES/CARDIFF MECHANIC ???

Hi all,

Picking up new Bongo on the weekend.
I would like some work doing on this (Coolant alarm, electric check up, Cam belt, underseal etc!) and a check over. Can anyone please send me a PM for recomended companys in my area?

Also, has anyone used a Valet company (Cardiff) it needs a bit of a good clean throughout, and I want to make sure it gets a good job done so its ready for family use.

The most used "approved" garage for work is in Caerphilly and the best place getting you timing belt done I suppose. I don't trust them myself (for reasons I won't go into and involve cooling systems etc and hence my not naming them)but others seem OK with them. I do have other options for you for the other work - PM sent.

Valet place on Maes y Coed Road seems to go a very good trade.

Agree with Dr. Jekyll. Been using the garage in Caerphilly (not naming for obvious reasons) for 3 years after recommendations from this site. However very dissapointed with recent service I received will not be using them again...

Will give some thought and see if any more suggestions pop up

It maybe that I will need to look further afield, a trip over the bridge to the Bristol area. so might post something on thier location

I live in Cardiff and my service and MOT are due. I am looking for a local garage as well. My last service was done in Worcester, i was very pleased with it but it is an expensive round trip.

Any ideas for a nearer garage?
