O-Ring - block to head???

Need help finding. If I had the service manual I may have spotted this sooner.
Triple checked head set, but nothing there. Any ideas??

err what??? only head gasket goes between block and head?

Would that be a oil feed boss O-Ring seal?

I called my UK supplier - as it turned out they had opened the head set to remove the valve guide seals [not required for a built head], and must have droppped the little bag containing all the rubber based seals. They are sending a set out today!
